I went through several major heartbreaks that left me mentally and spiritually broken. For years, I chased love and kept ending up disappointed. I was that hopeless romantic.
Over time, I did the work to rebuild myself. I moved from insecurity toward greater stability. From a shy introvert into someone more centred and authentically confident.
Now I help others explore the same path.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Critical Studies in Sexuality from the University of British Columbia (UBC) and I am currently a Master of Counselling Psychology candidate at Yorkville University.
I have facilitated men’s groups and worked as a somatic coach since 2017, and I am the creator of Somatic Process Training.
Understanding the Biological Language of Intimacy
Relationships are guided by nervous system patterns formed long before we find words to describe them. Somatic Relationship Training provides the tools to recognize these instinctual reactions and reshape how we experience connection. By focusing on the body's felt sense, we move beyond circular arguments and into a state of emotional regulation, creating a foundation for enduring stability and authentic partnership.
